If, after the 30-day catch-up period, there has been no documented progress in initiating or continuing the recommended vaccination schedule, our practice reserves the right to dismiss you or your child from our patient panel. This decision is made with the understanding that maintaining a community of vaccinated individuals is essential for the safety of all our patients, particularly infants, immunocompromised individuals, and those who cannot be vaccinated due to medical reasons.
