15 mos	Dtap, Hib, polio- in a combined vaccine and a pneumococcal vaccine, 2 shots in total
18 mos	Hep A - 1 shot in total
24 mos	No vaccines
30 mos	No vaccines
Age 4	MMR, varicella, and a combined Dtap,polio- 3 shots in total
Ages 5-10	No vaccines
Age 11	Tdap, HPV and meningococcal vaccine- 3 shots in total
